About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their vehicle ownership journey.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising customers on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, and making recommendations to meet their needs.
- Manage customer expectations, communicating effectively and proactively to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive outstanding customer service and retention, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and best practices to provide expert advice and support to customers.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
