Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring customers are fully informed and satisfied with the service provided.
- Manage customer expectations, communicating effectively and promptly throughout the service process.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
