We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Service Advisor at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our aftersales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their vehicle ownership journey.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing accurate and timely information to customers on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and services.
- Manage customer expectations, communicating effectively and proactively to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive outstanding customer service and retention, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and best practices to provide expert advice and support to customers.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
