About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Support customers throughout their service journey, providing clear communication and updates.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising customers on their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
- Manage customer administration duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the service team to drive outstanding customer service and retention.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Technical knowledge of kerridge systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
