Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee and optimise the digital sales operation at Ideagen.

The Hybrid Head of Digital Sales plays a key part in leading a team of digital sales executives to achieve sales targets, maximise revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing on the strategic vision for the sales department
  • Leading, inspiring, and developing the sales team to achieve targets
  • Monitoring and measuring team performance against metrics
  • Working with sales operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Sitting at the top table of the wider business line/regional sales organisation
  • Developing strong relationships with key C-suite and Executive personas
Skills and Experience:
  • Strategic Planning and Forecasting: Developing and executing strategic visions for sales
  • Sales Team Leadership and Motivation: Leading, inspiring, and developing a sales team
  • Performance Management and Reporting: Monitoring and measuring team performance
  • Sales Operations and Process Optimisation: Enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations
  • Executive-Level Networking and Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Orchestrating account strategies and leading cross-functional teams
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
