About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team at Seven Search and Selection Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in FMCG sales, with a strong commercial acumen and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute successful Joint Business Plans and promotional strategies for a selection of grocery relationships
  • Manage account budgets and investments to drive business growth
  • Take ownership of P&L accountability and lead the development of an innovative pipeline of products

Requirements:

  • Upwardly mobile FMCG sales professional with a strong track record of success
  • Highly commercial, with excellent relationship-building and results-driven skills
  • Ability to work in a South East-based office (3 days per week) and travel to customers as required
