Sales and Grocery Account Growth Specialist

We are looking for experienced Senior National Account Managers to join our ambitious and high-performing sales team, driving continuous double-digit growth. Reporting to the Head of Grocery, you will be responsible for delivering business objectives in two major multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute exceptional business plans with Key Grocery and Online customers to maximise sales during key trading periods
- Manage P&L and forecasting to achieve value, volume, and profit metrics
- Ensure physical availability of BEAR brand's hero SKUs across main estate formats, including convenience, dotcom, forecourts, cafes, and front-of-store
- Foster unrivalled cross-functional relationships with buying, supply chain, category, and format teams
- Utilise customer systems to optimise sales, including availability, compliance, and promo management
- Deliver top-class UROS and visibility by bringing BEAR alive in stores and online (POS, secondary displays, online & instore media)
- Inspire and develop one direct report, supporting on customer delivery and their development journey
You will likely be an existing Senior National Account Manager or an awesome National Account Manager within an FMCG environment.

- Outcomes-focused, results-driven approach, with tangible business results to showcase
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when inspiring customers and other functions
- Resilience and tenacity, able to work effectively with tough buyers and negotiate successfully
- Analytical mindset, able to bring new insights to accounts
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, prioritising quickly in a fast-paced environment
