National Account Sales Lead for Food Retail

This role requires you to take ownership of key discounters and high street accounts, with the opportunity to seek and win new business in a dynamic office environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for agreeing and delivering strong business and promotional plans with key customers across multiple channels, ensuring sales of our products are maximised at key trading periods.
You will work cross-functionally with our supply and operations teams to ensure all customer forecasts are accurate, including new launches, base, promo, and feature activity. Additionally, you will develop engaging sell-in stories for new products and ranging and distribution opportunities in collaboration with the category team.
A key aspect of this role is building relationships with key customer contacts, including buying, supply, trade planners, and shopper marketing teams. You will also work closely with our shopper marketing teams to create disruptive and engaging display and feature initiatives in stores and online.
Other responsibilities include managing the P&L of assigned accounts, delivering value, volume, and profit targets, and supporting the Sales Team with weekly reporting and maintaining key documents for the wider business.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
