Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our sales team and drive business growth in the out-of-home channel. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing business plans with key customers, maximizing sales and profitability, and building strong relationships with key customer contacts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans with key customers to maximize sales and profitability in the out-of-home channel.
  • Manage P&L and forecasting for assigned accounts and deliver value, volume, and GP% metrics.
  • Extend our product ranges in key customers across the out-of-home channel, focusing on winning new business.
  • Build unrivalled cross-functional relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category, and format teams.
  • Utilize customer systems to maximize sales, including influencing availability, compliance, promotion management.
  • Deliver top-class visibility and penetration through bringing BEAR alive in customer displays, POS, and samplings.
  • Work with the Category Manager to deliver killer insights that drive significant business benefits.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need a great track record of driving sales and profitability while working on the biggest FMCG accounts. You should be results-driven, resilient, and able to work effectively with tough buyers and tricky negotiations. Strong analytical skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a collaborative attitude are essential.
