Job Description
As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading key grocery accounts and driving sales growth.
You will build strong relationships with customer contacts across buying, supply chain, and category teams.
You will manage reports and devise and deliver exceptional joint business plans to maximize sales.
You will also manage P&L and forecasting to deliver value, volume, and GP% metrics.
Requirements
- Experience working on top grocery retail accounts within the FMCG food and drink sector.
- Building joint business plans and budgetary responsibility.
- Strong training background in FMCG food or drink categories.
- Leadership abilities, with experience in developing talent (desirable).
- A great track record of driving sales and profitability.
- Results-driven individual with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Resilience and determination to overcome obstacles.
