About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our ambitious and high-performing sales team. Reporting to the Head of Grocery, you will be responsible for delivering business objectives in two of our biggest major multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute exceptional business plans with key grocery and online customers to maximize sales of our products at key trading periods.
  • Manage P&L and forecasting to deliver value, volume, and profit metrics.
  • Ensure physical availability of our hero skus across main estate formats, including convenience, dotcom, forecourts, cafes, and front-of-store.
  • Build strong relationships with buying, supply chain, category, and format teams to drive sales and growth.
  • Utilize customer systems to maximize sales, including availability, compliance, and promo management.
  • Deliver top-class UROS and visibility through in-store and online media.
  • Lead and develop one direct report, supporting on customer delivery and their development journey.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of driving sales and profitability in FMCG environments.
  • Outcome-focused and results-driven, with a strong ability to analyze data and bring new insights to accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Resilience and tenacity, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Able to prioritize quickly and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
About You

You will likely be an existing Senior National Account Manager or National Account Manager within an FMCG environment. Alongside living our values, here are the most important things we're looking for from you:

  • Analytical – you are all over the data and can bring new and relevant insights on your accounts.
  • Ability to build great relationships both internally and externally – you are personable and have a collaborative attitude to working with the buyer, getting the result we need for our brand but in a responsible and natural manner.
  • Able to prioritize quickly in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
