We are looking for a skilled Key Account Development Executive to drive growth and expand our presence in the industrial automation market. As a Key Account Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and maintaining sales growth through effective relationships with customers.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand and adapt to changing industry trends. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management within the industrial automation sector.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at £45,000-£55,000, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including a company car, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, phone and laptop, and additional perks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing key accounts to ensure continued growth and revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role within industrial automation or a related industry.
  2. Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines.
  5. Full clean driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
