We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to generate revenue growth.
  • Manage client records, contracts, and renewals to maintain high-level client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and achieve KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyse customer data to identify business opportunities and improve client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of customer account development, marketing, measurement, and analytics.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
