We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will leverage your expertise to help small and medium-sized businesses improve their sales performance.

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Sales Xceleration Advisor, you will work with business owners to develop customized sales strategies, create sales processes, and execute plans to drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting sales assessments and creating recommendations for improvement
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Collaborating with clients to establish sales metrics and monitor progress
  • Mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve results
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 16 years of sales experience
  • At least 8 years of senior sales leadership experience
  • Revenue responsibility of $25M+ annually
  • A business-to-business background
