Sales Performance Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Advisor. In this role, you will use your expertise to help small and medium-sized businesses improve their sales performance and achieve their goals.

Annual Salary Range: $160,000 - $260,000

Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Xceleration Advisor, you will work closely with business owners to identify areas for sales improvement and develop tailored solutions to address them.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting sales assessments and creating recommendations for improvement
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Collaborating with clients to establish sales metrics and monitor progress
  • Mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve results
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 16 years of sales experience
  • At least 8 years of senior sales leadership experience
  • Revenue responsibility of $25M+ annually
  • A business-to-business background
