About the Role:
- Building relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key existing customers.
- Providing support: Resolving any issues and providing solutions to key account customers in a timely manner.
- Deliver high-level service, and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements:
- Account management, sales, business development or similar background.
- Good customer service skills.
- Knowledge of engineering.
- UK driving license.
