Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Verto People. This role involves developing and managing key accounts within the Industrial Automation industry, working closely with OEM customers and distribution channels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within industrial automation and instrumentation, with a strong understanding of products such as valves, machine vision, sensors, actuators, pneumatics, AC DC motors, pumps, and related systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining sales through demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation, achieving targets while growing existing relationships and exploring new business opportunities
- Collaborating with various engineering departments to deliver integrated solutions
- Working closely with OEM customers and distribution channels to develop and manage key accounts
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum

Requirements:
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar within industrial automation or a similar industry
- Proven sales and business development skills within industrial automation and instrumentation
- Excellent communication and engineering skills
- Full clean driving license
Location:
North region, with regular travel to customer sites across the area.
