The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly motivated UK On-Trade Account Growth Specialist to join our team and drive growth and success in the on-trade sector.

With a strong background in account management within FMCG, particularly in the on-trade sector, this individual will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of on-trade customers, using their expertise to develop tailored strategies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-respected brand in the on-trade sector, driving growth and making a tangible impact.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and maintain key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on-trade customers
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme and hybrid flexibility.
