Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to support our On Trade growth plans by securing listings of products at new accounts across the city. This involves working with venues in the hospitality industry, focusing on late-night venues, casual dining, entertainment venues, competitive socializing, and high street sites.

You will drive sales and brand engagement through executing market plans, arranging creative events, placing POS, and increasing visibility. A key aspect of this role is building joint business plans with acquired customers to ensure return on sales targets are met, contracts are delivered, and renewals are made.

As a brand ambassador, you will ensure that the brand image and values are effectively communicated to potential customers and partners. Additionally, you will provide training for key stakeholders in outlets to increase brand knowledge across our customer base.

Responsibilities include planning and successfully launching innovation in line with the country plan in target outlets, organizing and participating in events, tastings, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engage with customers in the On Trade space, and overall responsibility for territory management.

You will also be responsible for detailed personal activity management to ensure all working time is focused on maximizing customer interaction and ultimately sales levels in your territory, working to the highest compliance levels set out by the company, and attending to detail in all aspects of the role.

Requirements include previous retail or sales experience, use of a car (car allowance paid), and the ability to influence people and enjoy making a success out of every day with the motivation to achieve targets and succeed.
