We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Field Sales Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving category sales growth and dominance across our territories.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading field marketing company, partnering with top brands such as Procter & Gamble. You will act as a key contact to develop and nurture excellent working relationships with store contacts, leveraging your knowledge of specific category trends and latest big data insights to drive business results.

The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the FMCG industry. They will possess strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills, with a proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results. A full UK driving licence is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement action plans with stores to increase category sales and dominance.
  • Increase store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
  • Negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximise in-store visibility.

You will report to your Regional Manager and participate in monthly team meetings to discuss progress. This is a predominantly field-based role, requiring a high level of autonomy and organisation. A solid record of converting sales is essential for success in this position.
