Sales Executive Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Clara Office Management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in lead generation, cold calling, and negotiating contracts. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. The role involves working closely with our internal teams to deliver seamless implementation and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • To work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to our clients.
  • To meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, consistently delivering high levels of performance and achieving excellent results.

Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious company, with a competitive salary range of £35,000-£40,000 (DOE) + un-capped commission. You will also receive 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays and enjoy a flexible working arrangement, with 3-4 days at home and 1-2 days in the office.
