Network Talent is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Growth Manager to join their fast-paced team. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in the company's growth, with opportunities to mentor and develop the current sales team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and growing a sales team, with a proven track record of success in the software industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing an outbound prospecting strategy, collaborating with senior leadership to drive business goals.

This is a remote-based role, allowing candidates from across the UK to apply. The successful candidate will be based in London or surrounding areas, but flexibility is essential due to the nature of the role.

  • Job Description: Lead and oversee a team of SDRs, working towards individual and team targets
  • Support recruitment and growth of SDR team
  • Develop and execute an outbound prospecting strategy for the team, collaborating with senior leadership on overall business goals
  • Implement and optimize established processes across the team and wider organization
  • Manage own sales pipeline, identifying and prospecting new business opportunities
  • Close deals via product demo
  • Engage in a customer-centric approach, fully understanding client needs
  • Manage inbound leads where necessary

Requirements:

  • 2+ years full sales cycle management experience within the software space
  • Experience leading a team and managing direct reports is essential
  • Candidates from an SDR/BDR Manager background are encouraged to apply

Package: Up to £50,000 basic salary, OTE: x2, shares options, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays make this a compelling opportunity for experienced sales professionals.
