Regional Sales and Business Growth Manager

We are a leading provider of Pest Management solutions, committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainable practices. Our client is looking for an experienced Regional Sales and Business Growth Manager to drive growth, foster strong relationships with clients, and expand new business opportunities.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 and an OTE of £50,000+, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package including company car, laptop, phone, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension contributions, and hybrid work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales and Business Growth Manager, you will maintain regular contact with customers to ensure they have the necessary products and information about new offerings. You will also deepen your understanding of each customer's market to tailor solutions that meet their needs. Your role will involve expanding our reach by converting new business opportunities and broadening product offerings for existing clients. Additionally, you will consistently grow the new business portfolio year-over-year, produce monthly reports detailing sales achievements and upcoming targets, prepare accurate trip reports and forecasts, handle expense reports, and resolve payment issues in partnership with Credit Control.
