Regional Account Growth Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Junior Regional Account Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of sales success.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
About the JobAs a Junior Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and owning all sales activities in a specific geographical region, ensuring quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Present and sell WernerCo and Zarges UK products and services to current and potential distribution partners and end users.
- Support national accounts and increase national campaign activity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives that drive business growth.
- Manage and report on sales activity and key performance indicators.
