We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our Schneider Electric team in Yorkshire.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with experience of working as part of a high-performing sales team. As a Regional Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing area sales strategies that drive growth within your customer base.

You will own the customer base within the region, building strong relationships with existing and new clients, and leveraging the full range of Schneider Electric's offers and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, a high level of organisation, and good planning skills. They will also have a solid understanding of macro market trends and be able to demonstrate their sales management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a strong area sales strategy that drives growth within the Yorkshire region
  • Develop and implement clear targets for existing customer growth/saturation and new customer acquisition
  • Meet or exceed all KPIs set, focusing on orders, sales, margin, new customer acquisition, and opportunity win rate
  • Develop, hold, and nurture key customer relationships across your account portfolio
  • Forecast sales and provide formal rolling forecasts by quarter
