A premium opportunity awaits a driven and ambitious sales professional to join our esteemed partner, a leading sporting goods company, as an Area Sales Manager. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in expanding the sales team and driving growth across the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Share strategic sales responsibilities with the Sales Director to drive business growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain close collaboration with customers in the East UK region, ensuring their needs are met and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Lead the development of sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
**Personal Qualities**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of successful sales and account management, preferably within the outdoor or leisure industry.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for outdoor, leisure, or sports and a desire to inspire and advise customers.
- Proficient in English in both speech and written form.
