Sales Management Opportunity

Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment seeks an exceptional Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of success managing sales professionals in B2B field sales, B2B door-to-door sales, or face-to-face B2B sales environments.

  1. A minimum of 3 years of field sales management experience is required, along with exceptional coaching and leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team of 6-8 Sales Account Managers.
  2. The ideal candidate will have experience in a formal sales process, managing teams effectively using KPIs and data-driven insights.
  3. The Regional Sales Manager will lead by example, actively engaging in the sales process and consistently exceeding personal sales targets.
  4. Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the region consistently surpasses all performance objectives.
