Regional Sales Director

Location: Remote, covering the North
Salary: Up to £55k (DOE)
Working Hours: 40hrs per week
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the North region, providing customers with a superior buying experience, and supporting business development initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales in new and current markets.
- Manage customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Parts and Service teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
- Manage CRM to track customer interactions and sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's equipment and its applications.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets, with a minimum increase of 20%.
- Support sales of Parts and Service in the North region.
- Identify new markets and customers to expand the overall market for volumetric mixers.
- Develop strategies to convert competitive users and increase market share.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of field sales experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Able to negotiate price changes with new and existing clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation for success.
