**Job Title:** Regional Sales Director
Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned sales professional to take on the role of Area Sales Director in the Yorkshire region.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and leveraging our offers and services to achieve business goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the Yorkshire region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging CRM excellence to manage opportunities and pipeline.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, financial KPIs, and forecasting requirements, while managing expenses and MDF effectively.
- Network and entertain customers to deepen relationships, promoting Schneider Electric's offers and services.
- Ensure CRM excellence, documenting all customer interactions, and managing opportunities to time and containing all required information.
- Run robust pipeline management, ensuring a short-, medium-, and long-term view of projects, and clear workstreams to improve win rate and time to close.
**Requirements:**
- Sales Management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with a strong ability to convince and persuade.
- Highly organised, with good planning skills and a general business sense, including awareness of macro market trends.
