As a Sales Director at NoviSign Digital Signage, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in EMEA and APAC regions. This role requires developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for both end customers and channel partners.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in direct and channel sales, possessing a deep understanding of the SaaS industry. Experience within the digital signage market is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting end customers and channel partners in EMEA and APAC
  • Identify and approach new customers, as well as recruit and onboard channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators
  • Collaborate with partners and customers to develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives
  • Provide training and support to partners to ensure effective selling of our solution
  • Monitor and analyze partner and customer performance, providing feedback and guidance to optimize results
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of strategies and a seamless experience for customers and partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on direct and channel sales in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of managing sales efforts in EMEA and APAC regions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Willingness to travel as needed across EMEA and APAC regions
