About This Role:
  • Responsibilities: Lead mentor and inspire a team of four to achieve sales targets ensure exceptional client service create and implement innovative sales strategies for events and build strong lasting relationships with clients.
  • Requirements: Background in managing a sales team in the hospitality industry with experience in using CRM and event management software essential.

As our ideal candidate you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service and exceeding sales targets. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Our estimated salary range for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum based on your experience and qualifications.
