National Sales and Account Director

We are seeking a seasoned National Sales and Account Director to lead our sales team in the Leeds area. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and solution delivery
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and ongoing service
A successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the construction, security, or technology sectors. You should possess excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a consultative selling approach.
