Job Title: Regional Sales Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Technical Resource Solutions Ltd. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing key accounts in the North of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to increase the share of spend for designated key accounts.
- Monitor sales and performance to ensure sales plan targets are met.
- Regular reviews of customer performance against targeted sales volumes.
- Provide reports on key account plan progress to the National Sales Manager/Sales Director.
- Deliver customer training on products, pricing, and process.
Requirements:
- A background/network in a building merchant/development industry or similar.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to deal with customers and build effective relationships.
- Experience in an area position and able to commute around the North of England.
