Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Technical Resource Solutions Ltd. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing key accounts in the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales to increase the share of spend for designated key accounts.
  • Monitor sales and performance to ensure sales plan targets are met.
  • Regular reviews of customer performance against targeted sales volumes.
  • Provide reports on key account plan progress to the National Sales Manager/Sales Director.
  • Deliver customer training on products, pricing, and process.

Requirements:

  • A background/network in a building merchant/development industry or similar.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Able to deal with customers and build effective relationships.
  • Experience in an area position and able to commute around the North of England.
