Are you looking for a challenging role where no two days are the same? Azets, a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers, is seeking a Regional Business Development Director to drive organic growth within the region.

The successful candidate will report into the UK Head of Sales and Growth and will be responsible for enabling and driving business development activity to reach regional growth targets.

The role involves owning the growth target for the region, owning sales planning processes, and providing analysis and reporting to RMDs and offices on all aspects of sales reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a champion for the LeadsGo and Salesforce tools, ensuring that the regions sales pipeline is up to date and of the highest data quality.

The Regional Business Development Director will also work with marketing on the creation and deployment of regional marketing plans designed to drive growth within the regions.

Please note that the location can be flexible across our North East and Yorkshire offices.
