Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Remote, covering the North

Salary: Up to £55k (DOE)

Working Hours: 40hrs per week

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the North region, providing customers with a superior buying experience, and supporting business development initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales in new and current markets.
  • Manage customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Parts and Service teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Manage CRM to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's equipment and its applications.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets, with a minimum increase of 20%.
  • Support sales of Parts and Service in the North region.
  • Identify new markets and customers to expand the company's presence.
  • Develop strategies to convert competitive users and increase market share.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Able to negotiate price changes with new and existing clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation for success.
