Account Retention and Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with large existing accounts, ensuring high satisfaction levels through efficient recruitment processes.

A key aspect of this role is to identify opportunities for service expansion within current accounts by understanding changing client requirements and offering tailored solutions.

In addition, the successful candidate will oversee candidate sourcing, onboarding, and performance to guarantee alignment with client expectations and quality standards.

Compensation Package
  • Competitive Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum based on experience.
