Account Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Development Executive to join our team at Bartlett Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of clients and handling new business inquiries, mid-term amendments, renewals, and cover queries.
As an Account Development Executive, you will work within your delegated authority to ensure the best outcome for clients, aiming for maximum retention of existing clients with their existing business.
You will provide comprehensive risk presentations, including pricing rationale and recommendations, servicing existing clients with cover queries and mid-term changes, and proactively dealing with any renewals that require manual intervention.
The salary for this role is £27,500 - £33,000 per annum (including quarterly bonus scheme based on results).
