Overview:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Reception Operations Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest receives exceptional customer service. You will be an effective communicator, experienced in complaint handling, and a true motivator of people. Your role will involve managing the front office operations, including collating guest feedback, billing, and revenue posting, as well as supervising a team of reception staff. A minimum of 3 years' Front Office experience at Supervisory level or higher is required, along with full knowledge of OPERA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office operations, including collating guest feedback, billing, and revenue posting.
- Supervise a team of reception staff, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional customer service, resolving any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
