Reception Services Coordinator

Hillview Family Practice is a busy and dynamic healthcare provider offering a wide range of medical services to the community. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 per annum
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as a Receptionist at Hillview Family Practice. This part-time role involves working Monday to Friday, 8am-12noon, with the possibility of additional hours during staff holiday periods.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with competent computer skills and experience of working with the general public. The role consists of a variety of reception duties and administrative tasks, including greeting and directing patients, managing the appointment system, and providing support to the clinical team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a pleasant personality and be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. A GCSE-level education or equivalent is required, with desirable qualifications in English and Maths (C or above).
