Front Desk Operations Manager

Eclipse Hotels Group, a family-owned international hotel group based in West London, is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join their Holiday Inn in Bristol City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled hospitality professional to drive first-class service and quality employee experience forward.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the running of the Front Office operation, including Reception, Concierge, and Nights Team.
- Provide support to the whole team, driving standards forward and implementing changes to deliver true hospitality.
- Manage and guide the Front Office Department to ensure smooth daily service delivery, effective leadership, and training.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous management experience as a Front Office/Reception Manager or similar role
- A strong knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel management
