About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract/secondment opportunity.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify organisational training, coaching, and communication needs. You will also establish resource requirements to manage projects and initiatives effectively.

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for developing plans, approaches, and allocating resources to meet business priorities. You will use effective management and tools to track and report on projects and initiatives.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple L&D projects and ensuring timely delivery
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to identify training and development needs
  • Developing and implementing effective learning strategies
  • Leading a small team of Resource and Support Co-ordinators
