Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced De-Fleet Process Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a De-Fleet Process Manager, you will be responsible for leading the EoC Processes product teams to maximise their potential to add value to Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relevant third-party contracts alongside their performance as a key supplier and partner.
  • Promote an agile mindset within product teams and foster a culture of iterative development, continuous improvement, and adaptation.
  • Develop and maintain a product strategy to ensure the core processes remain robust and resilient.
  • Ensure the products and technical services they provide align with our product visions and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in product management, preferably within a commercial operations environment.
  • Experience of leading teams and managing third-party contracts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A passion for driving commercial outcomes and understanding how technology and data can drive more informed decisions.
