Account Management Specialist

This position requires an Account Manager to oversee three accounts in the Manufacturing Sector, located across various sites in the Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services, managing multiple clients, and meeting deadlines. We are seeking a results-driven individual who can provide excellent customer service, identify opportunities for growth, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand the key drivers, trends, and directions of each account.
- Manage client invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issues.
- Regularly review service and performance metrics with clients at all levels.
- Maintain strong relationships with key client contacts and decision-makers.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in leading complex businesses and delivering recruitment services to clients.
- Proven ability to manage corporate accounts, including large volumes of temps, specialists, and contracts.
