**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Watkin Jones PLC, a leading developer, builder, and manager of residential-for-rent homes. As a key member of our business growth team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion, building lasting relationships with stakeholders, and identifying new opportunities within the renovation sector.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence high-level decision-making and contribute to the strategic direction of our Refresh and Building Improvement Programme (BIP). This will involve driving business growth, securing key projects, and helping us stay ahead of industry trends while ensuring seamless delivery of major construction projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new projects.
  • Liaising with the technical services director to ensure seamless delivery of major construction projects.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, agile working arrangements, and discounted gym memberships.
