Client Expansion Specialist

Vanta is a leading company in the security industry, dedicated to securing the internet and protecting consumer data. As a Strategic Growth Director at Vanta, you will be responsible for expanding and retaining a subset of our customers by developing strong relationships with them.
Job Summary- You will serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sale commercial conversations, including mid-cycle upsells and renewals.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to the customer, deeply understanding their business needs and aligning Vanta's solutions with their objectives.
- You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customer health and execute harmonious communication to accounts.
We offer an attractive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and location. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits, 16 weeks paid parental leave, remote workspace stipend, pension matching, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with assigned accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle of any expansion or renewal opportunity.
