About the Position:

We are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Sales Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a results-oriented environment and excel at driving aggressive revenue growth and expanding our footprint within new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive revenue growth targets across assigned accounts and new prospects, collaborating closely with business leaders to deliver on those targets.
  • Leveraging industry expertise to close high-value deals and consistently outperform quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities to ensure a robust sales pipeline fuels ongoing growth.
  • Executing a proactive sales strategy that prioritizes high-revenue opportunities and accelerates deal closures.
  • Hunting for new business by leveraging networks, market knowledge, and insights into client challenges to present compelling solutions.
  • Working relentlessly to expand our footprint within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Operating with a laser focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking ownership of your book of business, and pushing boundaries to exceed expectations.
  • Building and managing a robust, qualified pipeline of new business prospects, ensuring consistent deal flow and fast-paced progression from lead generation to closing.
  • Leading high-stakes contract negotiations to maximize deal size, ensuring both the company and the client derive maximum value.
  • Demonstrating exceptional closing skills, moving deals forward quickly while securing long-term commitments and favorable terms.
  • Driving account growth and client expansion by developing relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Actively pursuing strategic, high-value accounts, using consultative selling techniques to position our solutions as indispensable to the client's success.
  • Mining existing accounts for every opportunity to sell new services or solutions, growing account value consistently.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging market needs to strategically position our offerings for future sales opportunities.
  • Capturing client feedback, ensuring we anticipate needs and position ourselves as their first choice for digital transformation or related services.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional closing skills, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and experience negotiating large, high-value contracts.
  • Demonstrated success in driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth through both new client acquisition and existing account expansion.
  • Expertise in prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities across multiple industries.
  • A relentless drive to sell and grow accounts, with the ability to pursue and secure opportunities aggressively, even in competitive markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop deep client relationships at all levels, especially the C-suite.
  • The ability to craft persuasive pitches and proposals that align with client needs and differentiate us from competitors.
  • A commitment to be at the client's office twice a week, building relationships and hunting new opportunities.
