About the Opportunity

At BMS Progress, we are seeking an Executive Growth and Expansion Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B Sales or Account Management, as well as a deep understanding of the Learning and Development industry. You will work closely with our Sales Manager and other departments to develop and implement a sales strategy that drives business growth.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will be based in Warrington, Cheshire, and will work from our office three days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth.
  • Present our L&D solutions to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing regular updates on performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding learner experience.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £78,000 per annum, depending on experience.
