We are seeking a skilled Customer Education Specialist to join our team at Arbor Education. As a key member of our Customer Education team, you will provide expert guidance and support to educational institutions to help them optimize and get the most value from our Arbor Products.

Your primary responsibilities will include delivering training and consulting services to schools, MATs, and partners, as well as troubleshooting issues, conducting system audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and improve educational outcomes.

We are looking for a communicative and passionate individual who is eager to help and has a relevant background in the Education sector. If you have a proven track record in training and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training and consulting services to schools, MATs, and partners.
  • Troubleshoot issues and conduct system audits.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and improve educational outcomes.
  • Design and deliver services to schools, MATs, and partners using professional knowledge.
  • Pitch training and consultancy appropriately to users and partners in a concise way.
  • Deliver managed services for schools and partners.
  • Own and keep training materials relevant.
  • Self-reflect and provide feedback to the team to ensure a well-rounded customer experience.
About You
  • Relevant background in the Education sector.
  • Friendly and eager to help.
