About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Education Specialist to join our team at Arbor Education. As a key member of our Customer Education team, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support to educational institutions in optimising, using, and finding value from our Arbor Management Information System (MIS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver online and in-person training to schools and educational institutions.
  • Design and deliver services to schools, Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), and partners, utilising your professional knowledge and expertise.
  • Pitch and deliver training and consultancy services to users and partners, ensuring a clear and concise understanding of Arbor's functionality and features.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Arbor's functionality, features, best practice, and articulate these to customers to help them get the most out of their use of Arbor.
  • Deliver managed services for schools and partners, including setup of new school years, assessments, behaviour, custom reports, and other related tasks.
  • Own and maintain training materials, ensuring they remain relevant and up-to-date.
  • Travel regularly to national client sites and Arbor offices as required.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Education Specialist who is passionate about education and has a strong background in the sector. Key requirements include:

  • Relevant experience in the education sector, with a strong understanding of school processes and terminology.
  • A positive approach to learning new things, troubleshooting potential issues, and providing solutions.
  • Experience with Financial Systems, Arbor, or other Management Information Systems is desirable.
  • A friendly, engaging, and communicative approach, with a willingness to help and support customers.
