About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Education Specialist to join our team at Arbor Education. As a key member of our Customer Education team, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support to educational institutions to help them optimize and get the most value from our Arbor Products.

Your primary responsibilities will include delivering training and consulting services to schools, managed services, troubleshooting issues, conducting system audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and improve educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training services to schools, MATs, and partners using your professional knowledge.
  • Pitch training and consultancy services to users and partners in a concise and effective way.
  • Deliver managed services for schools and partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Own and maintain training materials, ensuring they are relevant and up-to-date.
  • Self-reflect and provide feedback to the team to ensure a well-rounded customer experience.
  • Travel to Arbor offices and occasionally client sites as needed.
About You
  • You have a relevant background in the Education sector, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing educational institutions.
  • You are a friendly and eager-to-help individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
